My name is Sara Iskandarani, and I’m a Palestinian refugee in Lebanon. I graduated from the Lebanese International University with BA in Early Childhood Education. Now, I am so glad that I became a part of Just. Childhood’s Bait al-Shams kindergarten. I love working with children, and seeing the smile on their faces. I am happy to be learning more about Waldorf education in Lebanon.
What I love the most about the Waldorf approach is that it provides a comfortable and positive environment where each child can root strongly as an individual.
I am completing my studies with the major TDED (Teaching Diploma) before starting my higher studies.
The early childhood stage is the most essential in human life. Thus, I aim to achieve the holistic development of a child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs to build a solid and broad foundation for learning and wellbeing.
